BOAC, MARINDUQUE. Swedish Ambassador to the Philippines Harald Fries visited AGREA in Marinduque yesterday, 22 June 2018, together with his family, becoming the first international diplomat to visit AGREA this year.

Ambassador Fries was warmly welcomed at the AGREA Estate Farm by Cherrie Atilano, AGREA’s President and Founding Farmer, together with Marinduque Lone District Representative Lord Allan Jay Velasco.

Also present during the welcoming activity were officials from TESDA Marinduque (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), and a representative from the DepEd Division of Marinduque (Department of Education). Both TESDA and DepEd Marinduque are AGREA’s local agency partners in the latter’s farm school and school garden programs, respectively.

But, Is this project of and DAR exclusive for Marinduque, Philippines or this can done nationwide?
If not, then perhaps, you can help us start similar project in BRGY, Laog, Angat, Bulacan.
But, we may need more info on how to get through the channel of beareucracy in the land.
