Italian Oregano grows at the AGREA Farm
Just when we thought herbs will not thrive in sandy saline soil, then is when we challenge ourselves and try if they actually will. Now, healthy Italian oregano sits right in at the AGREA Model Farm!
Oregano is one of those herbs that like well-drained soil and full sun. Soil treated with vermicast works well, too. Rich soil tends to dilute the pungency of the flavor. Climate, soil, and moisture can cause variation in oregano’s flavor. And don't let their appearance fool you, oreganos are actually very easy to plant and take care of.
Italian oregano seedlings are available at the AGREA Model Farm.
